Despite using a secure email gateway and other filtering technologies, phishing attacks were still getting through to The Farm Group’s employees. Staff would forward suspect emails to IT as an attachment, and IT would execute a manual investigation and response playbook including manually emailing all 500+ employees to alert them to not open the emails.It was a time-consuming and potentially error prone process.
